At ASK-Media-Solutions we help people and small organisations regain control over their online presence. Not by rushing another shiny picture onto the web, but by calmly looking together at what is going wrong and what is really needed. Sometimes that turns out to be a refreshed site or a different way of communicating, but more often it starts with something more fundamental: reliability, findability, and taking back control over your own data and digital name.

Many of the people who find their way to us have already been through a trajectory elsewhere. A website that suddenly shows PHP errors all over the place after an update, while the original builder is unreachable and the hosting company only points fingers. A domain name they legally own, but where the login is lost and the registrar is not willing to think along. A Google listing that gets stuck because another company is still registered at the same address. Or situations where someone is confronted with misuse of their name or data and has no real idea where to start. We actually like diving into exactly those complex, messy situations, explain what is going on, and work step by step towards a solution.

ASK-Media-Solutions is part of ASK-Solutions Foundation. That means you work with people who are used to persevering on the technical side, but who also think from the perspective of a social foundation: clarity, privacy and autonomy are central. The proceeds of our work flow back into the foundation and support projects around knowledge sharing, the right to repair and our community workshop. Choosing us therefore does not only solve a concrete problem, it also helps to keep that knowledge and experience available for others.
