ASK-Media-Solutions is the media and web work within ASK-Solutions. It focuses on practical and educational work around websites, publishing, online presence, findability, privacy and digital skills. The emphasis is on understanding the choices being made, improving independence and making knowledge reusable.

That can mean building, repairing, refreshing or moving a website, but it can also start with more basic questions: who controls the domain name, where the website is hosted, why updates are breaking, how visitors can find reliable information, how personal data is handled, or how to avoid being locked into systems that are difficult to leave.

Many problems are not solved by quickly putting a new design online. A website may show PHP errors after an update, while the original builder is unreachable. A domain name may legally belong to someone, but the login or registrar access has been lost. A public listing may be wrong or blocked because another organisation is still connected to the same address. Sometimes the issue is misuse of a name, data or online identity.
